How to Use Nasal Spray
Gently blow your nose before using this drug. Wash your hands.
1.Shake the container well. Remove the cap.
2.Bend your head forward slightly. Carefully insert the nasal applicator into the nostril.
Do not point the nasal applicator tip to the middle wall of your nose (nasal septum).
Close one nostril by pressing it with your finger.
3.Press down firmly on the pump 1 time together with breathe in through your nose.
Hold your breath for 2-3 seconds.
4.Remove the nasal applicator together with breathe out through your mouth.
5. Repeat the process with the other nostril.
NOTE
If you're using a new bottle, it may not work first time. Pump the spray a few times until a fine mist comes out. Click to listen highlighted text!
