Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use in patients with obstruction of bile passages, or patients with a history of clinically significant hypersensitivity to this medication.
2.Caution should be exercised in patients with gall stones.
3.Use this medication cautiously in pregnant women.
4.Use this medication cautiously in children as safety data are not established.
5.Use this medication cautiously with antiplatelet agents, or anticoagulants.
6.Use this medication cautiously with drugs metabolized in liver. You should take counsel with pharmacist before using this medication with any other drugs.
7.Use this medication cautiously with certain antineoplastic drugs such as: Doxorubicin, Chlormethine, Cyclophosphamide, Camptothecin because this medication may resist anticancer effect of these drugs.
