Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use in the patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
2.Do not use in the patients with severe liver disease.
3.Use this medication cautiously in patients with hepatic impairment.
4.There are many drugs that may interact with this medication. You should take counsel with physicians or pharmacists.

Adverse Reactions
-If the severe hypersensitivity reactions occur such as blistering, peeling and burning skin, burning eyes, pain in the mouth, discontinue the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
-This medication may cause severe hepatitis. If you develop nausea, vomiting, yellowing of the skin or the eyes, you should take counsel with physicians
-This medication may cause metabolic effects such as: abnormal blood sugar and lipid level, fat maldistribution, sunken cheek, abdominal obesity.
