Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use if you had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components or any other Macrolides.
2.Do not take this medication concurrently with Ergotamine (antimigraine drug) because it may result in cold extremities, pain, cyanosis.
3.Avoid using this medication in lactating women because this drug transfers into breast milk.
4.You should inform your physician if you have heart disorder prior to taking medication. Click to listen highlighted text! Recommendations of drug use
1.The medication should be taken on an empty stomach or at least 15 minutes before meals.
2.You should keep taking the medication until finish according to the advice of physician or pharmacist, even if you feel better, otherwise the bacteria may become drug resistant.
3.If you miss the dose, take the dose as soon as possible after realizing you missed it.

Adverse Reactions
1.This medication may cause nausea, vomiting, stomachache, diarrhea, headache.
It may not be necessary to discontinue the medication. If the symptoms are severe, seek medical advice.
2.If the symptoms of suspected hypersensitivity reactions occur such as: swelling in the face, eyelids, lips, urticaria, erythematous rash, blistering rash, peeling skin rash, burning eyes, pain in the mouth, discontinue the medication and seek medical advice immediately.
3.If you develop arrhythmia such as: abnormal palpitation, or syncope, discontinue the medication and seek medical advice immediately. Click to listen highlighted text!
