RIMSTAR (4-FDC) (Rifampicin 150 mg + isoniazid 75 mg + Pyrazinamide 400 mg + Ethambutol 275 mg)
Indications

Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use if you had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components.
2.Do not use this medication together with antiretroviral drugs, antifungal drugs.
3.Do not use in patients with acute liver disease.
4.Do not use in patients with a history of adverse reactions to this medication such as fever, chills, arthritis, or drugs associated hepatic injury.
5.This medication may cause numbness of the hands or feet.
6.Do not use in patients with acute gout, because this medication could reduce uric acid excretion which may lead to accumulation of uric acid later.
7.Antacids should be avoided for 4 hours following drug administration.
8.Do not use in patients with optic neuritis.
9.Avoid using this medication in young children who are inability to appreciate and report visual side effects or changes in vision.
