Contraindications and precautions
1.Do not use in the patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Tenofovir or Emtricitabine.
2.Use this medication cautiously in young children and adult because it may cause decreased bone mineral density, and interfere vitamin D function.
3.In patients with renal impairment, dosage should not be adjusted on your own. Physician considers dosage adjustment.

1.This medication may cause headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, insomnia, anxiety, bone pain, fatigue.
2.This medication may cause hepatic impairment. The symptoms can include: dark coloured urine, fatigue, loss of appetite with nausea, or vomiting, pale coloured feces, jaundice.
3.This medication may cause renal impairment. The symptoms can include: anuria, hematuria, change in the amount of urine, or weight gain.
